Gathering Groups provides 28 hours of professionally facilitated group work and an in-person, two-night plant ceremony retreat on our family farm just one hour outside of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The total cost to participate in a Gathering Group and Plant Ceremony Retreat is $2495. This cost includes accommodation and meals during your two-night retreat.

After your application is completed, you will be redirected to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250 to hold your placement with Gathering, which is included in the total cost.

Payment Options

After the deposit is paid, the remainder may be paid in full or we will work with you to create a payment plan.

Note About Extended Medical (B.C. groups only)

If you are receiving extended medical benefits, you may be eligible to claim a portion or all of your Gathering Groups cost through the Registered Clinical Counsellor who is facilitating the group. Please check to see if your extended medical covers counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (with no specific group work exclusions) and to what amount you are eligible for coverage.
