To begin our application process, visit our Apply page and complete our Stage 1 Application form so we can get to know you. You will be sent an email confirmation upon completion.
Complete your Intake Form, which will be sent upon completion of your Stage 1 Application. Our goal is to provide every individual with the unique support they need to be successful in a Gathering Group.
Once your Intake Form has been accepted, you will be scheduled a Zoom interview with a member of our Clinical Team to ensure this is the best fit for you.
Once your interview has been completed and final acceptance has been admitted, you will be added to our waitlist. From there, we will send you opportunities to join groups at a day and time that works with your schedule.
